Monko and Monkit

The monstroctopi are a highly evolved form of the octopus. In addition to being swimmers, they can also walk on land whenever they choose. In fact, they almost always choose land. They love to climb trees, and will go from limb to limb, using their long tentacles to grab and swing. Monstroctopi are easy to spot, even at night, because they almost always come in unusual colors that make them stand out against their background. Many animals are so taken back and confused by these creatures that most predators just leave them alone.
